Pierre BAYLE (1945-2004) - Lot 71
Pierre BAYLE (1945-2004) Vase Ceramic Signed and dated (19)81 Height : 9 cm Missing stopper Note : In this ceramic signed and dated 1981, Pierre Bayle plays on the balance of forms and the texture of the material to create a pure, expressive piece. His work on the surface and patina effects give this vase a presence that is both sober and sophisticated. The absence of the stopper does not detract from the singularity of the piece, which bears witness to the artist's skill and distinctive aesthetic.
