Irène JONAS - Lot 231
Irène JONAS
NU #7, 2022
Silver print enhanced with oil paint
On the back, signed and numbered 1/1
Image size: 18 x 27 cm
Sheet size: 20 x 30 cm
Note : A unique work resulting from Irène Jonas's plastic research on the body and photographic material. The enhancement with oil paint gives this print a rare pictorial dimension, where the sensuality of light blends with the texture of gesture. Between photography and painting, the artist composes an intimate, embodied universe.
