His vintage prints, rare on the market, bear witness to an acute sense of composition and a search for light characteristic of his work. This view of Emir Sarghat Mich's mosque and madrasa, taken in 1968, perfectly illustrates his documentary as well as aesthetic approach to Islamic heritage.
