TWO LAMP FEET, Gilt metal and wrought iron, Mid-20ᵉ century. Set including: - A gilded metal lamp stand, resting on a stepped square base, cylindrical shaft sheathed in imitation tortoiseshell/brown lacquer decoration, work in the taste of Maison Charles or Jansen (circa 1940-1960). - A wrought-iron lamp base with black patina, hexagonal base, shaft adorned with applique hammered leaves and small decorative top cap. French craftsmanship. A decorative ensemble blending neo-classical style and workshop ironwork. Dimensions: - Height of gilded base: 30-32 cm approx. - Height of wrought-iron base: approx. 38-40 cm. Condition: wear, oxidation, minor deformations; electricity to be overhauled. Sold as is.
