A Belgian artist expelled from the Académie des Beaux-Arts, Panamarenko (Henri Van Herwegen, 1940-2019) sought to confront the errors of physicists by developing his own mathematical theories. He thus created all kinds of flying machines, submarines, etc. to free himself from the world's burdens and make "Utopia" an unconditional reality.
