Walter CARONE (1920 - 1982) Henri de Verneuil Silver RC press print 20 x 30 cm Note: Press photograph by Walter Carone, a photographer renowned for his portraits of major figures from the world of cinema and culture. This image depicts Henri Verneuil, an emblematic director of French cinema, known for his many collaborations with the great figures of the seventh art. RC (resin-coated) prints, characteristic of press photography from the 1970s onwards, were favored for their speed of production and distribution in media circuits. Today, this type of print is an archival document of iconographic and documentary interest for the history of French cinema.
