Note: In Les deux Romanos, Marcel Bovis captures the moment of perfect balance, where strength, grace and dramatic tension come together. The interplay of bodies suspended in space, accentuated by lighting and cast shadows, lends the scene an almost sculptural dimension. True to his sensitive view of the world of show business, Bovis transforms circus prowess into a visually poetic image.
