WARNING FROM SPACE - Lot 318
WARNING FROM SPACE Japanese science fiction film by Koji Shima, 1956. 2 Japanese promotional photos (photomontages), credits on the image. 36.3 x 27.2 cm, including white borders. Small tear on a white border and staple holes in the white corners. Note: A rare foray into science fiction by 1950s Japanese cinema, *Warning from Space* depicts an extraterrestrial threat in a Japan shaped by the atomic age. These two Japanese promotional photomontages are remarkable period documents related to this film, which has become a cult classic of the genre.
