Note :Set of five photographs showing Sylvana Mangano, Anne Wiazemsky and Terence Stamp in Teorema (Théorème), a film directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini in 1968. A major work of Italian auteur cinema, the film blends philosophical reflection, social criticism and mysticism through the irruption of a mysterious visitor into a bourgeois Milanese family. Considered one of Pasolini's most important films, Teorema remains emblematic of the intellectual and protest cinema of the late 1960s. Photographs related to this work are particularly sought-after by collectors of Italian auteur cinema and cinematographic memorabilia. Later "deluxe" color prints made in the 1980s.
