Includes: - two candid portraits of Anny Duperey; - one portrait of the actress in her Parisian home. Three silver gelatin RC press prints. Typewritten captions, stamps, and Sygma agency seals on the back, depending on the copy. 20 × 30 cm each. Note: Produced around 1978 by Walter Carone for the Sygma agency, this set of three portraits is dedicated to Anny Duperey at a pivotal moment in her career. The photographs accompanied the publication of her first novel, *L’Admiroir* (Éditions du Seuil), and coincided with the release of the film *Trocadéro bleu citron* (also distributed under the title *Trocadéro Compagnie*), directed by Michaël Schock. Two of the images take a dynamic approach to the actress, while a third shows her in her Parisian home, offering a more intimate glimpse of the actress as she embarks on a career as a writer. True to the photojournalistic aesthetic developed by the Sygma agency, Walter Carone combines spontaneity and elegance to deliver a body of work representative of French press photography in the late 1970s. The original captions, agency stamps, and annotations preserved on the reverse side enhance the documentary value of this collection.
