- Sissy Spacek at the 35th Cannes Film Festival, May 1982;
- Mary Steenburgen at the screening of *Cross Creek*, May 18, 1983;
- Mary Steenburgen at the 36th Cannes Film Festival, May 18, 1983.
Three vintage silver gelatin press prints.
Typewritten bilingual captions, stamps, and credits for Melloul / SYGMA or Philippe Ledru / SYGMA on the back, depending on the copy.
Approximately 20 × 30 cm each.
Note: This set includes three press photographs taken on the Croisette during the 1982 and 1983 Cannes Film Festivals. It features Sissy Spacek, who came to present Costa-Gavras’s *Missing*—a joint winner of the Palme d’Or in 1982—as well as Mary Steenburgen during the official competition screening of Martin Ritt’s *Cross Creek*. Preserved with their original captions and stamps, these prints
bear witness to the presence of major American actresses at the Cannes Film Festival in the early 1980s.
