SPACE FANTASY LOOK - Lot 44
SPACE FANTASY LOOK Dorothy R. Stratten, actress and Playboy Playmate, during the filming of William Sachs’s science fiction film *Galaxina*, 1980. Photo (triple exposure), vintage silver gelatin print, labeled (tag) on the back. 24 x 17.6 cm. Note: In *Galaxina*, Dorothy Stratten embodies the futuristic and whimsical aesthetic of science fiction cinema at the turn of the 1980s. The triple-exposure technique accentuates the cosmic effect and transforms this portrait into an iconic pop image of its era.
