JULIETTE BINOCHE AND LAMBERT WILSON During the filming of Richard Dembo’s movie *L’Instinct de l’ange*, released in 1993. Photo, vintage color print, annotated on the back. 15.8 x 24 cm. Note: Lambert Wilson plays Henry, a young bourgeois man weakened by illness and declared unfit for military service at the start of World War I. Juliette Binoche appears in the role of a young widow whom Henry meets. Richard Dembo builds a drama around his hero centered on pushing one’s limits, the fascination with flight, and the quest for a heroic death. Produced in 1992, the film was released in France on January 27, 1993.
