VARI-ARTIS: Documents & Photographs

The Vari-Arts collection brings together a range of documents related to the arts and cultural life, consisting mainly of ephemera and publications. It includes, in particular, exhibition catalogs, invitations, flyers, brochures, programs, posters, photographs, and other printed materials.

This collection covers a wide range of artistic disciplines, including painting, literature, film, photography, graphic arts, and the performing arts…

It documents the activities of artists, galleries, cultural institutions, publishing houses, and other key players in the arts.

Built up over the years, vari-Art holds documentary, historical, and cultural significance. The presence of numerous ephemera—often absent from traditional archival collections—gives this collection particular value.

Thanks to its multidisciplinary nature and the diversity of its media, the vari-Art collection serves as a reference resource for researchers, art historians, collectors, archivists, students, and enthusiasts seeking to explore the many forms of artistic creation and their dissemination to the public.
